Wings of Thunder and No Time to Die are 2 titles of the same song that was recorded in the Tyr (1990) album sessions but has not been released.
The first mention of this song was made by Tony Martin in 2004 on his official site, where he mentioned songs from his next album Scream (2005), and that 2 songs would use drum tracks by Cozy Powell, also adding that these songs were composed at the time of Black Sabbath:
"The two tracks that I have put on the album are called Raising Hell and Wings of Thunder. They originate from the SABBATH days and I did play the demos to him when we were doin' (COZY POWELLS) HAMMER, he thought they were really good. They are very much Cozy-type tracks and it's taken me AGES!! I was determined to get it right! I'm very pleased with the way they turned out. If the tracks prove successfull I'll do a complete album of new songs with his drum tracks."
Although the song Raising Hell appeared on the album, there was no trace of Wings of Thunder and it is unknown why it was not included.
Tony Martin would mention these songs again in an interview with Garry Sharpe-Young of Rockdetector in 2006:
"Yeah, about two years actually. I was a bit of a perfectionist over it I must admit. It was a big learning curve too. A big part of that was the drums. I had Cozy Powell's tracks from the 'Raising Hell' song and I really felt the need to pay Cozy respect with that. The trouble was that I then had to make the rest of the drums fit in , so it sounded like a whole album. There was a lot of work bringing songs in line just on the drum sound. Actually, I need to make a slight correction there. 'Raising Hell' was never a Black Sabbath song. It was being put together at the time of the COZY POWELL'S HAMMER band so the demo you have is me on guitar, Neil on bass, Geoff on keyboards and Cozy on the drums. The other song, 'Wings of Thunder', which we didn't use in the end, was a Black Sabbath song."
Long after, on December 2, 2019, Tony Martin mentioned this song again on his Facebook page, this time mentioning that there is another version of this same song with the name of No Time to Die, and confirming that it was made during the Tyr album sessions:
"There was an un released song on the TYR album … 🙂 I did 2 versions of it … I wonder if it will ever see the light of day. … I just came across it again going through stuff while transferring tapes. One version was called "Wings of thunder" .. and the other version was called .. "No time to die" … Thought for the day!"
